These four properties offer different ways to celebrate. Use them as a starting point: we’ll check the fit, availability and current terms for your dates before you make a decision.

Son Bunyola
A good starting point if you want your closest people to stay together. This exclusive-use hotel combines sea views, gardens and a smaller guest list, so the stay can be part of the celebration.
Celebration: the current hotel package is based on 54 guests, with events of up to 60.
Accommodation: 27 hotel rooms, plus three separate villas on the estate.
Before booking: agree which buildings and rooms are included, the minimum stay and where everyone will gather if the weather changes.

Son Berga
Consider Son Berga if you want a finca wedding with a courtyard dinner and mountain views. Its outdoor and indoor spaces offer different ways to arrange the day, but their capacities are not interchangeable.
Celebration: Es Pati seats up to 220; the main indoor hall seats up to 180 for a banquet.
Accommodation: none on-site, so guests need nearby stays and transfers.
Before booking: make sure the covered dinner layout fits your group, and confirm the catering arrangements and indoor party hours.

Castell Son Claret
Worth considering if good food, gardens and a shared hotel stay are central to your plans. The estate offers private wedding celebrations with the option to reserve the property exclusively.
Celebration: capacity depends on the spaces and dinner layout agreed with the hotel.
Accommodation: 43 rooms and suites; the guest allocation depends on the room mix.
Before booking: check the required stay and catering commitments. For a larger outdoor dinner, establish whether the weather backup needs a tent and include that cost from the start.

Cap Rocat
Consider Cap Rocat for a celebration shaped by stone architecture and views across the Bay of Palma. This sea-view wedding setting also has hotel accommodation, which can make it an option for a longer stay.
Celebration: the property advertises event spaces for up to 200 people; the seated dinner layout needs confirmation.
Accommodation: hotel rooms and suites, with the allocation agreed separately.
Before booking: confirm the areas reserved for your group, the room arrangements and any age or access restrictions relevant to your guests.
Published capacities describe specific layouts, not a confirmed booking. Availability, exclusivity, room allocations and event conditions are checked directly with each property.
Which Setting Fits Your Plans?
Staying Together
Start with the people who need a room, not just a seat at dinner. We compare venues with accommodation against nearby hotel options, including room types, minimum stays and who will pay for each booking.
Privacy & Exclusive Use
Want the place to yourselves? We clarify which gardens, terraces, restaurants and rooms are reserved for your group, for how long, and whether other guests will share any facilities.
Dinner & Dancing
Tell us how you want the evening to feel. We check where the band or DJ can play, when music moves indoors, the agreed finish time and any extra charges before the schedule is set.
A Backup You’re Happy With
A covered space needs to work for your actual guest count. We review the dinner and dancing layout, shade, wind exposure, access and any extra setup costs before you commit.

Your Budget, Clearly Explained
Know the whole cost before choosing the setting.
A venue hire fee is only one part of a destination wedding budget. We look at the full celebration with you, including accommodation commitments, suppliers, guest transport and our planning fee.
You’ll see what is included, what is optional and which decisions affect the total. We ask for your approval before adding costs to the agreed plan.
What Goes Into the Estimate
Property hire and exclusivity; catering and drinks; furniture, flowers, lighting and sound; photography and entertainment; transport; additional events; planning fees and applicable taxes.
What We Clarify Before You Pay
Minimum room nights and catering spend, deposits and payment dates, cancellation terms, weather-backup costs and charges for extra service hours. We also agree which accommodation costs you’re covering and which guests will pay directly.
Plan Your Mallorca Wedding Stay

Accommodation & Guest Transfers
Choose where everyone stays around the venue and the plans for the weekend. We compare actual journeys, group nearby hotels where needed and arrange the transfers included in your proposal.
We plan return options for guests leaving early as well as those staying until the end. Let us know about children, mobility needs and different arrival times while we’re choosing the transport.
Welcome Dinners & Private Experiences
A welcome dinner, a private lunch or a boat outing can give everyone more time together. We fit these around arrivals and leave room for guests to enjoy the island at their own pace. Any boat plans also need an agreed option if sea conditions change.
Planning Your Wedding in Mallorca: Key Questions
When is the best time for our Mallorca wedding?
Start with how much of the day you want outdoors. May and June are worth considering; July and August need careful planning around heat, shade and cooling. September and October can still suit outdoor plans, but rainfall is higher than in early summer. We’ll match the date and ceremony time to the property and keep a workable covered option in the plan.
Can we legally get married in Mallorca if we live abroad?
A symbolic ceremony and a legal marriage are different arrangements. One option is to complete the legal marriage at home and exchange vows in Mallorca. If you want the legally binding ceremony in Spain, your eligibility, documents and timing need checking with the relevant authority before that part is confirmed. A symbolic ceremony does not create a legal marriage.
Can we plan everything without visiting first?
Many decisions can be made through calls, documents, photos and video viewings where the property offers them. A visit is useful for judging the spaces in person and arranging tastings. We’ll explain which decisions need a visit or a representative and which can comfortably be handled remotely.
How far in advance should we start?
As soon as you have a rough guest count and a preferred season, we can start checking options. A fixed date, a particular property or accommodation for a large group makes early contact more useful. If your timeline is shorter, share it with us and we’ll work from actual availability.
Can you include our traditions and guests’ needs?
Tell us about ceremony traditions, languages, dietary requirements, children and accessibility needs at the start. These can affect the choice of property, officiant, catering and transport. We’ll check what each supplier can provide and agree the arrangements with you.
